Blonde is our love language. As a Santa Barbara colorist and blonde specialist, Lana custom-formulates every shade after a one-on-one consultation, from lived-in balayage to color correction. “From” prices are Lana’s starting rates; final pricing depends on your hair’s length, density and goals.

Svetlana Banderovskaya, “Lana” to her clients, started her journey as a hairdresser and makeup artist in 2005 at a wedding art studio in Saint Petersburg, Russia. By 2010 she was running her own business in the wedding and special-events world.
Years of master classes, a background in fashion and a natural eye for color led her to what she loves most: creating blondes and dimensional color that look effortless, suit each client’s features and keep hair healthy.
Today Lana works from a private, appointment-only hair studio in downtown Santa Barbara, just off State Street, where every client gets her full attention, from the first consultation to the final gloss.

Yes. A men’s short cut is $50 (cut only, about 45 minutes).
Can you fix brassy, uneven or box-dyed color?
Yes. Toning and color correction are available. Every correction starts with a consultation so Lana can plan the healthiest route to your goal, and pricing is confirmed at that consultation.
Do you do wedding hair and updos?
Yes. Wedding hair for brides and guests starts at $95, any updo is $150, and the bridal consultation is complimentary. Practice runs, bridal parties and on-location styling at your home, venue or hotel are quoted on request.
